HOW DO I BOOK A PROMO?
MUSIC WORX COMMUNITY PROMO
We offer the following promotional opportunities via our community:
– DJs
– labels
– Radio Stations
– banners
– Social media (Instagram, Facebook, X)
– Personal email contacts
Promotions to labels are sent as a license request. The label will receive your email where they can contact you directly for a deal.
You can also send the promotion to your personal contacts.
RELEASE OPTIONS
You have three options for how your promotion should be placed:
– My release is already uploaded to Music Worx. You can select it here.
– I want to promote another release which was not uploaded already. The release will be shown on Music Worx.
– I want to promote my release without showing it on Music Worx. The release is promoted, but not showing on the website.
RELEASE INFORMATION
Here you can select the release you want to promote or upload a new one. If you have previously selected option 2 or 3, you must first enter all the data for the release and upload the audio data. The process is very simple and self-explanatory.
NEWSLETTER PROMOTION
This section is intended for email newsletters. Here you select the countries from which the DJs you want to send your promotion and the music genres of the DJs (or labels and radio stations).
BANNER PROMOTION
In this section you can select the banner size and upload the image file. Banners will be available online for 7 days after activation. Any backlink can be set. For example to your website, the artist’s website, Spotify etc.
SOCIAL NETWORK PROMOTION
This section regulates the promotion of our social media channels. Depending on what you chose at the beginning, we will post your promotion on Facebook, Instagram or X (Twitter). Our social community with the groups is constantly growing and you can benefit from over 3.5 million.
OVERVIEW&PAYMENT
On this page you have all the details about your promotion. You can also check your promotion, how it is displayed for the DJs and test whether the audio is played. You can pay by credit card, Paypal or with your credits. We use the secure payment system of Stripe.
